Government reaffirms creative freedom while enforcing OTT oversight via IT Rules

The Press Information Bureau reports that the government has reaffirmed its commitment to creative freedom whilst enforcing OTT content oversight through the IT Rules, 2021. A three-tier grievance redressal mechanism is in place to regulate OTT content.
