Working with AVGC-XR
There are two ways to work with us, and they never mix. Coverage is earned and free. Partnerships are commercial and labelled. The line between them is the product — for readers, and for partners whose association is only worth something because the coverage around it is independent.
Editorial — free, earned, independent
Pitch us news. Announcements, productions, deals, policy developments, talent moves — anything materially relevant to India’s AVGC-XR sector. Write to editor@avgcxr.in. If it’s a story, we cover it; every brief names and links its source.
Interviews and profiles. Founder conversations and studio features run on editorial merit. We choose the subjects, we write the copy, there are no preview or approval rights.
Directory pages. Studio, institute and event pages are created from wire coverage, not requests. They cannot be bought, for any amount.
Commercial — paid, labelled, walled off
What’s available. Category sponsorships, sponsored deep-dives, weekly-digest sponsorship, and partner pages. Packages are scoped per partner — write to editor@avgcxr.in and we’ll send terms.
The rules that come with the money. Everything paid is labelled — Sponsored, Partner Content, or equivalent. Partner material never carries the editorial masthead’s bylines, and partner pages live on their own surface, separate from the editorial directories. Payment buys presence and association; it buys no influence over what we report, about anyone — including the partner.
One rule above both
No conversation holds both lanes at once. If a collaboration starts editorial and turns commercial — or the reverse — it moves to the other lane explicitly, on these terms. This applies identically to strangers, partners, and friends of the masthead.
