Netflix, Rodeo FX and Barnstorm have opened VFX studios in Hyderabad and Bangalore
Netflix gives its Hyderabad office for Eyeline Studios as 32,000 square feet, Eyeline's fifth global location [1]. Mikros gives the Rodeo FX studio in Bangalore as 40,000 square feet for up to 400 artists [3]. No announcement gives a money figure [1].

Netflix's own announcement of Eyeline Studios in Hyderabad states that the new office spans 32,000 square feet, and calls the facility the fifth global location for Eyeline after Los Angeles, Vancouver, Seoul and London [1]. The release gives no headcount, no job-creation figure, no investment amount and no hiring plan [1].
The Press Information Bureau release recording the same opening, issued by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting on 12 March 2026, adds no figure for the studio [2]. The nearly two million jobs that release cites belong to a national content creator lab initiative of 15,000 school labs and 500 college labs, not to the Hyderabad facility [2].
Mikros Animation's announcement of a new Bangalore studio for Rodeo FX and Mikros Animation states that the 40,000-square-foot studio sits in the International Tech Park Bangalore and will accommodate up to 400 artists [3]. The same announcement lists the group's offices as Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto, Los Angeles, Paris and now Bangalore [3]. It gives no investment amount and no current headcount [3].
AnimationXpress reported on 1 August 2025 that Barnstorm VFX had announced a Hyderabad studio opened with local partners, quoting chief executive Cory Jamieson and naming Sid Maganti as head of studio Hyderabad [4]. That report carries no floor area, no artist capacity, no headcount and no investment figure [4].
Read together, the three company announcements share exactly one quantity, and only two of them give it: floor area. Seat capacity appears once, in the Rodeo FX announcement, where it is stated as what the studio will accommodate rather than as a headcount [3]. None of the three states what the facility cost.
What none of these announcements gives is a money figure: Netflix's release states no investment amount [1]. The Press Information Bureau release recording that opening states none for the studio either [2]. The Rodeo FX and Mikros Animation announcement states none [3]. The Barnstorm report carries none [4]. Neither the cost of these facilities nor the headcount they will carry appears in any of the four documents above.
